Been in a discussion with my dad about threads on the Ct70. He thinks it should be left handed because the engine turns counter therefor the nut should be tighten up when it turns. I have read everywhere its RH, I have not found anything saying its left or right in a manual. We are wanting to know because the M10 threads went to crap long ago, and now we are retreading them

Right handed threads. Looking at the flywheel, it spins counterclockwise when the engine is running. Therefore the nut WOULD be tightened as it runs.
There are left handed threads in the flywheel for the puller to thread into...but the crank is righty tighty.
