Trying out a different carb. Nice because I can use the intake manifold that came with the engine from TboltUSA. This carb is a Mikuni VM26-606, which matches the intake manifold and port size, Got an exhaust from TboltUSA that is also exhaust port matching. Really hoping for better performance than when I was using stock CT110 intake and exhaust, with a VM20-273 carb. Ran OK, actually pretty nice, but just not much better than a stock 90.

What you gotta ask yourself is this - was the extra expense paid on the exhaust and carb worth the difference in performance and how it runs ? If it was, then your a happy bunny - if it wasn't, then its back to the drawing board

Have fun !! :)

Well, I am hoping that it will make a big difference. The original set-up with a CT110 intake manifold, VM20-273 carb, and CT110 exhaust resulted in a bike that ran very well, but had no more performance than a 90cc engine.

I was really hoping for at least some increased performance by adding 35cc's; it seems that a 1/3 increase in displacement should get you something. I was shooting for something in between a 90 and my YX150 dirt bike.

I am saving the original stuff for a future 90cc build in a Passport frame (hopefully the exhaust will work...even tho it is high rather than low).
