Just thought I'd share with everyone that there are several Honda CT70's, Z50's, Small XR's and SL's on the Scottsdale auction docket starting Wednesday Mar 23rd. I somehow came acrossed it after some late night "doom scrolling" on the interwebs. Some very nice looking restorations being offered, and others are not quite perfect, but still nice. I even seen a ZB50R slated to sell. Along with lots of other minibikes and rare or odd bikes. It appears the minibike scene is popular this year at Barrett-Jackson. Likely driven by the pandemic I assume. I'm looking forward to tuning in to see what kind of money some of these bring. Fridays docket looks like the big day for the majority of them to be offered.

I absolutely could not believe what I was reading! Maybe it was a charity sale or owned by someone famous. Either way, CRAZY money for a Z50. There are several more Z's and CT's going across the block tomorrow at the beginning of sale time. There's a really nice looking Ruby Red K1 4-speed I'd love to own!

Mecum auction prices are same way. My guess is a bunch of super rich drunk guys that never had one as a kid or some kind of tax/charity write-off. I see some craig's listings that quote these insane prices when their selling their junk. Guess I probably would too, lol.
