I have one with the plastic liner. Let me dig it out after dinner and I'll get a picture. I was missing mine in my 69 so I bought this one on ebay. Found out the early ones used the one that had the rubber blocks instead of the plastic liner so I found the right one for mine.
There are 4 types of battery box: Early K0 is square, has 5 rubber cushions Late K0-K2 is smaller, with the corrugated nylon plastic liner K3-82 is the same larger square size of the early K0 but uses a corrugated nylon liner and has an extra threaded boss for the flasher relay 12v type is a much larger rectangular shape, requires three mounting points and fills most of the frame space
The KO battery box change came at VIN 233055, so that bike and newer had the plastic liner For the HKO's the VIN is 147032 and newer had plastic liner
