I'm not a Met's fan, but when did the former Brooklyn Trolley Dodgers win their last W.S., 1988? Not too much to brag about there.

All of those clowns will be cleaning out their lockers once the ROYALS stomp 'em in the World Series, LOL.

WOOHOO!!! GO, KANSAS CITY ROYALS!!! :red70:

Edit: Hey, Kirrbby, did you change your avatar just for this thread??? LOL... damn.

Thought you liked football SW... It sure is WAY too early for that prediction.
Do you route for KC all season long and watch all the games? NAH! Met's all season long here and watch every game.. Not a band wagon jumper!

National League ALL THE WAY! Pitchers should HAVE TO HIT! :26:

Let's go Mets! Beat LA!!!!! And screw Chase Utley!! Payback is a bitch!
Ya, that's right!

Tajada needs to learn how to touch the bag and get out of the way. What was he doing. Watch the video, dancing all around the bag. He's doing a 360 for what. In my opinion he lost track of the moment. Recognizing that the game at that moment required that the double play not happen was key to LA. For the Mets it was key for Tajada to make that throw knowing that the play called for Utley to break it up and he'd be coming in hard.

Sorry but this umpire calls that Baseball. Tell your Met's to keep their head's in the game and Play Ball.

And Utley should aim for the bag, not do a drive-by. If major league baseball wants to protect catchers, they need to address all players the same. The running over a catcher ruling, in my opinion, came out of protecting major baseball stars i.e., Buster Posey. I guess Ruben Tejada isn't that important.

Scooter, What game were you watching? I saw the game and every other game this season. He was no where near the bag when Utley came in.

I get it! You don't like the Met's, and I don't like your ''old'' Philly rejects.

Pat you might as well add the NY Giants into your statement as well for completeness. Can't wait for Monday night.
