I figured I should post something...
Hi, I'm Andy and I spent way too much (and climbing) on a project.

New guy, but old(er) fart.
Had a Z50 as a teen, and another when I was about 30. Always loved the old Honda's, and with the current global situation, and sheer boredom, decided to jump in with a literal basket-case of a K4, with parts from a K0 tossed in. Or really, the other way 'round.
The engine is locked up solid. Removed the head and... yea, getting a 125cc later.
I'm slowly cleaning, painting and putting stuff back together. So far I have the wheels/tires/brakes done. Rim halves and hubs painted with VHT Universal Aluminum and clear.
Since it's a combo of at least 2 years models, it'll never be show quality, but just something to work on. For instance, I'm using the K4 frame because the K0 has a fairly significant crease in both sides right where the battery box would be. After really going through everything that came with it/them, it seems the only K4 part is that frame, so K0 parts are going on it. Neither frame has a title (or neck tags...).
I have some stuff ordered to at least get it back to a roller. It came with a Trail Buddy aluminum swingarm, (at least it looks like the one they sell) and a set of RFY reservoir shocks. Gonna be WAY out of balance, suspension wise, with the pogo front end.
Next up is rattle can (the brightest yellow I can find at Hd/Lowe's) paint and clean/reassemble the fork. Oh yea, the top tree is K4, but it looks like it'll bolt on to the K0 triple.

First question.... regarding the rubber seal under the lower steering stem race. Is there something I can substitute? I ordered and received a bunch of parts from CHP, but that seal is on backorder according to the slip of paper that came in the box (thought the website shows 6).
