Picked up a 77 ct70 on the cheep....never had a mini or any other type of motorized bike, so i thought lets go for it!!
Rough shape, shot rings and bunked up carb. Complete tear down, some new parts, some restored and some re-used, re-did motor mounts as the were SHOT and broke and some other body clean up. It has been fun, now I am at rebuilding the motor stage. Deciding on if I should upgrade to a larger cc or just keep at OEM....I am thinking going 88cc with the carb as well. As for now this is what it looked like as i got it and how it is now.

Looks pretty rust-free and unmolested to me! Not as rough as some I’ve seen on here, including my own. If you’re interested in retaining the stock look you should bore your original cylinder or get the near-stock-looking 88cc kit from TB. Welcome to the forum

    Thanks for the comments,
The first pic is the state it's in now, which is not running, and the last pic is when I got it. It did run, but leaked oil and had to keep rpm's up for idle. Yes, the TB big bore kit is what I was looking at, tbparts seems to be hard to contact, I filled out there form with a few questions but I have not heard back yet.

Thanks for the welcoming to the forums.
