Restoring a C115 originally all White Frame/Forks/Fender, blue side covers

Beginning a restoration on this C115 but I can not find any references for this bike, registered as a '64 possibly older, same owner since 1966.

Same appearance as a C110 and looking for an original white plastic fender and a white plastic headlight/fork trim.

Anyone have any ideas

It doesn't appear to be a bike that was exported into the US, but there are some parts for it available HERE

Not imported into the US is what I’m coming up with, why was it sold in Canada is a bit of a mystery and why is it in a colour combination seen nowhere else?

Just a update, bike is 90% done and running, waiting on a kickstarter shaft to arrive.
