Thanks for info.
Thanks I will .. I’m not painting a bus over here and those sl70 parts equal less than a car door and I spray outside under an ez up not in a stuffy garage or small paint room…I hope I live !!!! If my posts stop everyone will know what happened!! Lol.I’ll just add something I don’t think was mentioned- even after your done spraying, if you can smell the paint it is still giving off the isocyanates. So say if you have an attached garage and you leave your parts hanging to dry it’s still giving off fumes. I use the HobbyAir system. When I first got it I was being lazy and only connected 1 section of 40 feet of supply hose- the air was hot and uncomfortable, nothing was said in the instructions. Called them up and was told that the second length of hose helps cool the air. Painted a boat in August and actually submerged a 40 foot section in a tub of water. That worked perfect since my water temps are in the 50’s to low 60’s
Be careful Robert
Wow!!! I’ll be super careful…that’s nothing to mess around with…thanks again for the warning!!! This is going to be the scariest paint job I’ve ever done!I know you're trying to keep this upbeat, but I know of a couple of people developing Parkinson's that used to paint with urethane.
Thanks!!! All most there!!!Nice progress Robert. Looks great!
