Another 45 minutes to an hour with the pot of soup simmering on the range, then I add some tater flakes (not to be confused with Craigslist Flakes, LOL) and cook those pimped-out ghetto marina Cheddar Bay Biscuits, 10-4? Might hafta play some gangsta rap while cookin' those biscuits... Ice T, Ice Cube, Sir Mix-A-Lot, what's it gonna be??? LOL, I'm dating myself here, I guess wannabe gangstas have changed over the years...

Soup turned out great, and those biscuits were danged good too... I'll hafta buy more of those for soup nights, though cornbread is also good with soup. Bulletproof Red69, the rum goes into the cook before he ever enters the kitchen... didn't they teach you ANYTHING in skool??? LOL. That somehow reminds me of CHS, where some students absolutely sucked at math, but by God, every last one of those clowns knew EXACTLY how many grams there were to the ounce... no wonder half those fooliots are dead or in prison.

Crackhead jacked up on catnip and playing with the hamster toy... more like a hamster/skunk combo in black-and-white, with a pull ring for vibration and erratic movement:

Pics taken in Show Low... a hunter's rig which would make an excellent technical rock climber's rig, LOL, and some shots of the picnic table in its approximate location near the stone fire ring in my yard. I'll put pavers under the table when I get around to it, and I might shift the table a foot or so, but we had a bonfire yesterday evening and the table is perfect for what I have in mind. Here we go:

    IMG_1347.JPG IMG_1349.JPG IMG_1350.JPG IMG_1314.JPG IMG_1351.JPG IMG_1353.JPG IMG_1355.JPG IMG_1356.JPG IMG_1359.JPG

Yeah, I sure love my home here in Show Low, my BBQ/CAMPFIRE/PAR-TAY CORNER is starting to look like a small crowd can gather there and have a good time, LOL. I'm meeting more people nowadays, and I've already had groups of up to half a dozen enjoying the corner setup behind the wraparound juniper hedge... only thing missing in these photos is the Pawleys Island Hammock, which I forgot to sling before taking the photos, 10-4? Meh, there's always next time, and the new picnic table addition will make BBQs even easier. (y)

Chilly morning here, it's still dark but I can see the ice in the frozen birdbaths, LOL. No worries, later I'll dump hot water into the baths and fish out the slabs of ice. Some local birds have discovered this hot water service, a big fat American Robin and several smaller birds who hit the baths every morning after I swap out the ice... they like cavorting in the water as it slowly cools, I'll hafta look up the smaller birds in my guide, they're pretty humorous and fun to watch with the kittehs. :)

Pearl Harbor Day, think I'll go for a memorial ride on my adult BMX bike (SE Racing frame, alloy components, 26" wheels) down at the skatepark, I haven't been there in awhile. Should be a fine day once the temp rises a bit, yesterday was awesome as soon as the icy edge wore off. I'll be sure to take the Hero Cam and bag some more park footage... I like carving the highest wall there, it reminds me of riding in parks & pools back in the day, when I was a younger man and dinosaurs roamed the earth, LOL.

Hey, my friend Jake invited me to an "Ugly Sweater Party" this weekend, he's an Apache BMX rider who rips in the bowls, he pulls some big air off the spine, very stylish as he puts the bike through its paces. Reminds me of pulling the same or similar maneuvers with my friends back in the day... now that I'm a Double-Nickel Dinosaur, I simply enjoy carving the bowls at speed, that's enough to get my cardio rate up and get the ol' adrenaline running, aye?

Got some cold weather headed our way this weekend, according to the weather gals... reckon I'll be firing up the wood stove Friday night, unless we have a big ol' bonfire in the front yard. I'm also thinking I'll be watching football with the wood stove cranked on Saturday & Sunday, the Montana Boyz can tend the fire while I hit that "Ugly Sweater Party" at Jake's place, which is just down the road. I only own one sweater and it ain't ugly, it's an Irish wool sweater my bro sent during his visit to the Emerald Isle... f#% it, it'll work, LOL. o_O

Y'ALL BE GOOD AND HAVE A GREAT DAY!!! GRIDIRON ACTION & HERO CAM FOOTAGE THIS WEEKEND!!! WOOHOO!!! :red70:

NOTE TO SELF: DON'T FORGET HELMET, PADS, WRIST GUARDS, GLOVES, ETC!!! BRING MEDICAL CARD TO SKATEPARK!!! LOL...

I dunno, Scooter... on a dude it would look TOTALLY GAY, LOL.

Got some park video for youse hee-roes, it was clear but cold out there yesterday... had the place to myself, since no other fooliot was willing to brave the chill wind and hard-@$$ concrete, 10-4?

Got one more video, but due to a Vimeo computer glitch it won't get posted till next week... I don't pay dime one for "extra services" at a supposedly free website, because as y'all know I'm a CHEAP BASTARD, LOL. WTF, why do ya think I was the only fool out riding in frigid 34-degree weather??? Because it was FREE, OF COURSE!!! :yellow70:

Once I get a little more comfortable riding at the park at my advanced age, I'm gonna start jumping out of those bowls, and ultimately I want to jump that spine... without breaking mine, LOL.

ALRIGHT, YOUSE MONKEYBIKING HEE-ROES & CRUSTY MINI DEMONS O' DIRT, TIME FOR THIS DOUBLE-NICKEL DINOSAUR TO GRAB A COLD BEER, WON'T BE LONG BEFORE I LIGHT A FIRE IN THE WOOD STOVE TO DEAL WITH THE COLD FRONT MOVING INTO THE AREA... :ninja:

Ah, that's a different story... hopefully I meet some Show Low hottie sportin' that rig, then I'll show her the meaning of Christmas, LOL.

Chilly here, but I have the wood stove cranked and the digital thermostat in the hallway reads 87 degrees... I'm in shorts and a tank top and I'm STILL sweatin', LOL.

Kittehs aren't fazed by the heat, they're in the tub waitin' for me to run hot water with "Dr. Teal's Foaming Bath With Epsom Salt---Lavender Soothe & Sleep" number, 10-4??? o_O

    IMG_1411.JPG IMG_1412.JPG IMG_1413.JPG

"YO, NUMBNUTS!!! WHERE'S THE HOT WATER, PINCHE GRINGO?!? WE'RE ON A SCHEDULE HERE, DAMMIT!!!"

Looking forward to the big sweater par-tay tonight... who knows, maybe I'll meet my future ex-wife there, LOL. With luck, she'll be loaded with money, 10-4???

I'm watching the funniest movie right now, an old classic titled "IT HAPPENED ON 5TH AVENUE"---black & white, but friggin' hilarious, for some reason I never saw this one before.

Same goes for some John Wayne/John Ford flick named "3 GODFATHERS"---I caught the last 20 minutes of that one, and how the heck did I miss that flick for 55 years? Especially a Duke/Ford flick??? o_O

Y'ALL BE GOOD AND STAY OUTTA TROUBLE... I'LL TRY TO DO THE SAME, LOL. AAH, THE HOLIDAYS!!! LIFE IS GOOD IN SHOW LOW!!!

Ugh... somebody SHOOT me and put me outta my misery, LOL. Got too hammered last night and made an @$$ of myself at the party, probably scared my future ex-wife away, 10-4??? Otherwise, a good time, with two fires going, a DJ station with radical lights, heaps o' food and alcohol, etc. Meh, I'm no good at socializing with strangers anymore... think I'll just hang here at my house or out in the wilderness where I belong, LOL. Hey, I ate a big ol' breakfast to try and kill my hangover, then I blew chowder in the stainless kitchen sink an hour later... figured I'd share that with y'all, my "Good Internet Friends" here at lilhonda.com, LOL. Alright, youse heroes, I'm off to get cleaned up and run a laundry load, all those smoky clothes from last night... watch football and crash early tonight, yeah? Oh, some dude came by to look at that now-vacant fourth room, looked to be a likely prospect as a roommate: younger but not too young, clean-cut, works for an underground electrical outfit, drives a badass lifted truck (all paid for, LOL), etc., etc. So maybe he'll move in here shortly, which would be good timing with regard to paying those midmonth bills, no doubt. We'll see what happens, I'm off to get cleaned up... crack a cold beer in two or three hours as a hair of the dog that mauled me last night, LOL.
