Trailbuddy Forks fit Stock Tire?

Do the trailbuddy inverted front forks with disc brake fit the stock tire size? Or is a modification required?

Yes, a stock rim will bolt to trail buddy's front hub.

My sons gave me a 308 ATR for my 50th birthday. It is okay the way it is, but I really prefer hinged floorplates or detachable magazines. Will a short action 4x4 stock fit?
