Does anyone know if the OEM Honda ignition switch will plug into this harness.

Shouldn't be difficult to mod the aftermarket harness to use the original keyswitch.

Definitely not a problem I figured the oem plug could be repined or spliced to accept the OEM switch, just not wanting the aftermarket switch.

The early keyswitches, which are the most "complicated", have three functions: open/close the DC circuit, providing power to the horn/brake light/neutral light; open/close the AC circuit, which feeds the HL & high beam indicator; provide a switchable ground to the ignition primary...a.k.a. the kill switch function. Armed with that information and a schematic it's really not difficult to sort through.
