What Year is this CT70

Looks like a 1971- Smells like a 1971 but the serial numbers says its a late 72 or 73.
Chassis SN-CT70-263517
Eng S/N - CT70E-263299
Miles- 1425
This Bike appears to be all Original - Not one Nut or Bolt has ever been removed and the Paint is the best I've seen on the early 70's.

Just dawned on me that the numbers are 6 digits so it has to be a KO.
Now the magical question- The Tag is missing so I don't know the exact year or month of build, anyway to track that based on the numbers ?

Also, if you post your vin#...first 4 or 5 numbers...maybe someone here has a close match, and can tell you a date.
