Got in 104 miles on Saturday, with 27 other mini riders.

Mike,,was that MB5 in the back able to keep up with all the 4 strokes? I’ve always wanted one of those from the time I assembled them new from a crate at a Honda shop I worked at as a teenager..I think they only had a one or two year production run..?

He kept up just fine. Other than a 5 mile stretch, toward the end, we rarely topped 40mph on this ride. I believe he said this bike was a 1982. He has lots of odd ball two stroke stuff and brings a different one each year.

Worked on the big Harley today here. Changed out the ignition module today after 32 years. Bike still ran good, but the plastic on the module starts to melt. Man! When I pulled out of the driveway cold it felt like the bike was running for a half hour already! Best 58 bucks spent this year. Standard Motor Products. I drove by the main headquarters in Long Island City N.Y.C, 5 days a week for ten years. Pic is the old melter.Timing plate has a little v notch in it. Lower left side like points. I put a little blue sharpie mark where the original was and lined up the new one. Perfect!

i went out for a ride to reach 1000 miles on the IceBear, had a little more than that by the time i got home

200+ miles today. 750 miles (1207km) in the past 2 months, since finishing “The Pig”. Can’t wait to take it to Moab in Sept.

i ended up going back out yesterday, a trip to my nephew's house to drop off some keys. it started clouding over on my way home

the throttle cable gave up the ghost on BlueBear, i tried to get the kink positioned to where i could ride it but had no luck so i hopped on the IceBear and rode around the corner for a " your best when the sky turns bad " pic
