This one looks all original and has low miles & will ship. I've yet to see the 79 break $950, this one just might.

I bet it doesn't even make the reserve. Don't let your love goggles fool you. The exhaust is not original and the front tire appears to have been replaced with an aftermarket knock-off. The missing mirrors are another factor to consider. It appears that the side covers, rims and foot pegs have been repainted too. It's to have been dressed up a little perhaps to improve the resale price.
Definitely the right horn, not sure about the reflectors. I seem to vaguely remember the thin, black-backed, reflectors on the last `79 I had. However, I sold it over ten years ago and my memory isn't that good.View attachment 19607
Here's my fork ear with correct horn and reflector....?
I share those exact thoughts. It's also become apparent that we've got some really observant folks on this board. We are picking this one apart like buzzards. The more we're learning, the less I like this bike.

Yep, those flat black reflectors are on my 81' JH2 bike and for some reason the other style, AL/Rubber-cap were installed on my 79. Possible they had some left over from the 78's... anyway I'm gonna use them as I like em better.Like racer said the horn is correct but i pretty sure the 79 didn't have rubber cup and the reflector was the thin flat black. You have to remember what Honda did from 78 to 79 to "reduce overhead" on the production of the 79. IE no engine cradle, painted fenders, and very little chrome etc, etc, so it doesn't surprise me Honda left out the rubber cup.
