That's the same guy who put the CT70 sapphire blue up for sale abt 2 yrs ago. Top bid was $9000 & reserve was not met . The bike only had 2/10's of a mile & the original air filter had crumbled from setting . I got the impression he really didn't want to sell . It is a gorgeous collection .

Looks like the sapphire blue is back in there along with the two chrome specials from the last auction.
However,i see that red corvette in the background and am wondering if it may be yellow instead.Hmmmmm.

If someone had the money/time/space and was relatively close, this would probably be a pretty good deal.

That uncrated CT could surely sell for about 6-7k alone. Then figure that you could pull between 1000-2000 for every other bike...you could wind up with a profit in the 20k range.

Very true. If these were sold individually they would turn a much larger profit. Perhaps he has no real intension to sell but, is just merely determining the market value of his collection.

Only problem is no one knows his reserve and starting price is 50k.On the last auction just the pair of chrome specials was up to around 50k without meeting his reserve.seems someone put in a bogus bid and his reserve for the pair was around 80-90k.
No way...............!

A high buy-in w/reserve makes no real sense to me. I can understand a high buy-in without a reserve or vice-versa. If one wants to determine market value just do the reserve.

Also a very nice collection however I've never been much of a fan of those later model red Z50's w/o headlights and such. Honestly they seem to be a dime-a-dozen around here. Also the ad reads: "No backyard restorations..." then the description states most of them are actually restored?

The two crated chrome Z50's would sell just fine on their own. Not sure why he lumps them all together unless just fishing for market value. I bet the reserve is through the roof! I'm calling it now, this collection will not sell. It will still be interesting to watch.

Personally, I think the auction is BS. He's just looking for a #. He did it with the crated Z's a while back. Won't hid reserve - NO SALE

Bingo !!! I think he's just play'in . The CT70 is a good reference bike though .

Last time he posted it on ebay , he posted some great pics .

He's probably got that reserve well over 150k! I think he is just looking for a price here, because why not sell them for 1k-2k a piece?

Well just when it was getting interesting the auction disappears - no explanation. Wonder if eBay pulled it for some reason?

my guess is Ebay pulled the auction for "fee evasion" the way the auction was set up he was only paying fees as if he was selling one bike, Ebay charges a flat fee when you sell motorcycles and cars. fees are about $125 per listing if the vehicle sells or meets reserve! Ebay would have been out about $5750 in fees! I think it is a lower fee for bikes under 50cc though.
