Z50a hardtail exhaust guard?

Picked up a Z50AK1 and Z50AK2 the other day. Both are missing the exhaust guard. I took a look at the repop guards and gave it a go at making one. Here is my first attempt. From my eye ball I ended up with a roughly 1.35” wide guard. Anybody have a original guard that can grab a measurement for me? Also interested in how much material is bent back. I did 10mm and it looks like too much. Got the angles much sharper then the pics of seen online.

Made version 2.0 (in black) from eyeballing internet photos. Then version 3.0 (bare steel) from Texan’s measurements.
Mini parts are always smaller then they look on the internet.
