Well guys....she's gone. I feel totally kicked in the gut. I added her on FBMP. A bidding war started. I told them the frame is cracked,,,,,,,but it didnt matter. You wouldnt believe me what it brought for cash. I was blown away. I can now build the pot luck bike 5 times over...

I like kirrbby's idea. You could also tape up the area's that could get scratched when installing.

They're supposed to be a direct bolt on replacement. Once everything's tightened down, it should conform. I think they're supposed to be triple chromed. That should look NICE!

You might be able to I.D. the #'s from a Clymners manual.

Your bike came factory with the approved arrestor. If its still in good condition, your good to go. In Oklahoma, the rangers are more worried about hunting/fishing license's anyway.lol. I'm 30min East of Tulsa.

Bike looks great OC!!! Btw, where did you get the little blinkers? Are they L.E.D.'s? I'm constantly worrying about the headlight ears on my GF's K3 that she got from Ray. I even have to put it behind stuff in the garage, just to protect it from being bumped.

Make sure the jets and emulsion tubes are sqeaky clean.

You will need a dedicated cabinet for the shells. Just changing the media out wont work. Its still contaminated. Glass blasting also makes the surface a stain magnet.

I've seen original K0's that didnt have one. My 9/71 HK1 does have one.
