Alternative Method Of Transportation ( Winter Ride)

Yes it is a 2 stroke. And it will do about 60-75 kms/ litre. ( 2 Gallon Tank) Gas prices in Canada are ridiculous. In my hometown, its about 1.25 a liter. In my school town, its 1.32 a liter. Its about 4.73 a gallon in the states. ( If my conversion is right). So using less gas is always a good...

Alternative Method Of Transportation ( Winter Ride)

Ok, so I did some research and yes Bandit, you are correct. They are not street legal, unless under 33cc. I went to the DMV and even the local police dept. Since the cylinder is not stamped, and I have my bill of sale, its easy to say its 33cc, unless they decide to tear it apart on the road to...

Its 150, and I am using it now like crazy, even going out in a few minutes. Might as well use it before I lose it!

Alternative Method Of Transportation ( Winter Ride)

Will get you a close up tomorrow. Right now the top speed is only about 40 km/h ( 25 mph) but every day the motor keeps getting stronger and faster. I only have about 15 kms on the motor and at about 150 it should be fairly broken in by then. Thanks, Steven Gill

    Getting Legal In Ontario

Finally made some headway with the ministry today !!!! I said "Change from Off-Road VIN to ON road". I know that I need to add signals and a rear view mirror, and fix the horn! Other than that I should be good to go! The only thing that I might fail on that I am not planning to change are tires...

    CT70 Exhaust Question

Will it run? Yes. Is it good for it? Not a chance. Its not good for it. Leaving the exhaust open allows any dirt and particles to easily enter the piston chamber through any stroke, or even riding over gravel. This can result in scratched cylinder walls, bent valves. It could pretty much destroy...
