Can anyone tell me the resistance amount between the pink and yellow stator wire on a Honda S90? I am having difficulty getting the bike to charge correctly. It was charging really low, and I ordered a new OEM stator, but it isn’t 100% like the old one. Thanks

Switched out exhaust pipe also. No change.

Checked air boot earlier. Just rechecked. Valves are .002 &.003. Tried points from .13-.16, all same results. Sprocket ratio is 15 front, 44 rear, same as my other CT70 H.

I thought about the advance mechanism so I swapped the flywheel with another known good engine, same results. Also, the plug was black and sooty, so I traded the main jet down from a .70 to a .68, then down to a .65. Seems to make no difference.

What year did Honda switch the ignition key to simply on/off from the older KO switch which had the off/on/lights position? I just acquired a 1977 shiny orange CT70 with the older KO style ignition.
