Not epoxy and not nearly as cheap, but Spraymax is a 2K urethane in aerosol cans. You can get some HOK colors for $20-30 /can and clear is about the same but man does it look good.I've use the clear coat and been very satisfied with results, then spilled gas and oil all over it with no problems...

I would think that a photo of the VIN tag would be pretty good evidence for DMV. It indicates "this vehicle conforms to all applicable federal standards for model year..." or something to that effect

A good deal is a fleeting, a missed opportunity stings a bit longer in my opinion. If that were in my neighborhood I would wave a $100 in his face and ask for a hand loading both the quasi-roller Z50 and the 70 in my truck.
