K1 headlight bucket and speedometer

Would anyone happen to have a k1 head light and speedo laying around they would part with
Or dose any one make a repro?

I just finished my K1 and the speedo isn’t reproduced that I could find. I ended up rebuilding my original one. You can find speedo’s on eBay every now and then but the goos ones are few and far between on there. The one thing I noticed is that they used a similar speedo on many models so if you aren’t a purest you can probably find a speedo that will work. As far as the head light bucket your in the same boat. At least head light buckets are cheap on eBay and once painted they look brand new and since they are metal they aren’t all cracked and chipped like the plastic ones. Kirrbby is you best bet on here to get a headlight bucket.

Rust speckled versions for $150 and a NOS speedo for 400 on ebay. That's nuts, but not as nuts as the moron that paid $11,000 for a 86 Z50 on Barret Jackson.

$11,000 plus 10% buyer's fee.

For a budget minded person that doesn't want to spend 150 just for a rusty speedo, you CAN install a ''new'' K0 style aftermarket bucket, headlight and speedo all in for under 100 bucks. Yes it will fit.

Totally agree. They're going to certainly feel like one once they discover their completely uninformed(stupid) mistake. I hope those prices aren't a starting trend.
