I used ITS on my K0, and it was quick (under 2 weeks) and was no problem here in Illinois. A piece of advice though, it looks like a dealer sale from ITS to you when you do the paperwork at the DMV.....so in IL you want to put a low dollar value on the bike to ITS or you will be paying a bunch...

Forgot to mention that I also have a repainted (correct Honda cloud silver) set of wheels and hubs with new street tires and new Honda bolt sets. The wheels look awesome and would be great for someone who wants to ride on the street.

I have basically a complete CT70 HK0 I was going to rebuild from the ground up but lost interest. ,Plus an extra HK0 frame & swingarm, 3 speed engine (not running), triple tree, wheels, etc. Have some new parts also. Drop me a note on what you need.

I noticed: 1.) the wrong exhaust for the year 2.) the wrong bolts in the intake manifold 3.) the seat had to have been redone as the pan looks perfect 4.) the painted rear springs 5.) headlight housing either repainted or replaced 6.) bolts where you can add a handle (none of mine had them) 7.)...

Finally painted the wheels (front wheels on 2, and the back on 1, and all the hubs.). Great paint. So far I am still on the 1st can. The color is great and the wheels look like new again. Definitely do the correct prep or you will have problems. I short-cutted on one wheel and had a do over :(

Yes, pretty expensive to sell on Ebay for cycles ....but you get a lot of viewers. You just can't get that much traffic anywhere else. It depends on how you set the auction up, but a cycle auction will cost at least $70 if you sell it on Ebay.
