Should the frame number and the engine number be the same on a 1970 CT70 ? My frame number is 239 higher than the engine. Dave

Will a CT90 engine fit into a CT70? The dual range transmission would be cool. They have a odd stroke length 45.6 . Probably no big bore kits for them. There is some on ebay that look to be in good shape. Dave

My seat pan on my KO is bent but not broken (kinda sounds like me:D ). I can bend it back into place but it has lost its strength and soon as I put my oversized bum on it ,it bends again. Anyone know if there is a manual adjustment for the cam chain tensioner on CT70 KO ? or is it self adjusting . I don't see a lock bolt on my engine next to where the shifter shaft goes into the engine like the photos in the Clymer manual shows.:confused: Dave
