I am in the process of a rebuild on this bike and looking for an affordable rear fender, and wondering if anyone has experience with those steel, chrome reproductions that you see for sale on ebay/amazon etc.( I don't want the plastic versions) This will not be a show bike and will be driven so originality is not extremely important. It looks like these don't come with the tailight bracket , I have an original style bracket and tailight. Any thoughts?

Thanks, I was hoping to keep the cost significantly lower. As a Canadian I have to add almost 40% to the listed US $ price re the dollar exchange (sucks) so this ends up costing me at least $150.00 plus shipping.

Phatmx out of Canada will give you a set front and rear for $240 . Not sure if that's US or Canadian..lol
