1972 Z50A K3 Engine Smokes

Hi, finally got it started. Engine smokes and there's a loss of compression. Also, I think we have an oil and/or gas leak.

Any ideas where to start? Gears seem fine.

Thanks for any help anyone! Cheers!

IMO- Try fresh gas before you do anything, (use the old gas in something else don't add) and when adding new fuel, DO NOT add 2 stroke oil.

Awesome....added new fuel and a LOT less smoke now. Thanks Havin' fun.

Any ideas about the compression? It will go in first gear no prob but then if I let it idle for a bit it loses power. Almost like it's not fully engaged.

Thanks for any suggestions.....

You didn't listen. I will suggest this again and let me know how it works.
DRAIN ALL THE GAS THAT IS IN IT. Refuel it with ALL fresh gas with an octane between 87-93 nothing less, nothing more.
And try it again. Let us know.
