Ct70 choke lever identification?

I bought this roached k-1 ct70 and noticed the choke lever is different from most…..anyone out there know what’s up? I’m thinking someone swapped it but what did this originally come off or was it some sort of kit to install from years ago? Everything else on the carb looks exactly the same including markings.

It has the altitude adjustment knob, guessing st90, ct90, or us90 3 wheeler. If had to choose one, st90 because of the choke lever

Thanks!!! Your right I looked all 3 up on eBay and it’s an st90 carb…. The other 2 have the same choke lever as the Ct70’s. do you have any idea how the altitude knob works?

The altitude knob is missing the black pull knob. Once you hit elevation, pull the knob and it allows extra air into the carb. The adjuster is like a plunger with a rubber plug at the base. Pull it and it exposes two holes in the casting that allow the extra air in.

At least that's how i think it works.

So would it be for more if you were riding in the mountains or somewhere in high evaluation only? Also with the correct jetting do you think it would work fine on a ct70?

Its basically a ct90 carb that honda pulled from the parts bin in order to save money in the design of the st90.

The ct90 is a true trail bike. The carb is designed for a ct90 starting out at low elevation then traveling up in the mountains. Pull the lever as the air thins out and keep riding.

If you are going to run a carb full time at high altitude, rejet.
