Recently picked up my first CT 70. Ive been kicking around the idea for a while and figured I would bite the bullet. Like lots of people, I learned to ride on one of these at about 8-9 years old. Lots of great memories and countless hours of fun I can recall having on these bikes. We were poor, so we couldnt afford one, but my Uncle Joe had 2..One auto and one manual..Once you mastered the auto you moved up to the manual and then the YZ 80..and then the 125 Indian dirt bikes..I was never old/big enough to hop on the Indians before we moved away..Anyways, Here she is.. Manufacture date of 6/70 VIN 191416...Motor 191190...so Im guessing this was about the 91,000th bike they built so far for that year??? They must of really pumped these babys out...at that rate its around 250 bikes a day.is that correct?

She has some aftermarket parts, but the frame paint is original and in decent condition and the motor and trans are smooth, Im doing a few things to her,but for now Im just going to ride around and relive my youth...Still brings a big smile to my face when I get on her...Ahhh the simpler times..:63:
