I got back home from vacation and was rewarded with some paperwork that I had been waiting for. My registration and plate arrived from Vermont I will figure out tomorrow what I need to do next to get my title and Louisiana plate. I could not wait to put the plate on the bike and take it for a good ride on the highway by my house. On my first legal cruise I learned that my speedometer is off a good bit and I will have to do some research to find out how to fix that. (40 mph on my phone shows like 32 on the speedo) I also learned that the perfect cruising speed is about 43 mph with the current gearing and setup. From cruising speed 42-43 to about 50 mph only takes a twist of the throttle Pretty happy with all of that may try to go down just a couple teeth on the rear sprocket.

I also received my LED Headlight bulb and I decided to install it and do some more testing. First thing I noticed was It pulses a little bit at a idle, but goes away with just a little bit of throttle. After the Super Bowl is over I am gonna go for another ride to check out the brightness of the headlight. I did some more testing with my my voltmeter with just the new LED Headlight bulb.

This leads me to believe that the charging system will be more then adequate if all the bulbs were switched out to LED. There was a noticable difference with just the headlight change. I will post more results when I change out the rest of the bulbs.
