Problem is, I'd hafta add lights and whatnot to make it street legal, so I've also been considering a "new" 2019 Suzuki DR-Z 400 which is pretty nice for an enduro. The Husky would be awesome, but the Suzuki is only $6800 or whatever... a smaller DR 200 is even cheaper at $4200 or $4900, depending upon which model year I might choose, but I don't think a 200cc bike would give me enough power for the pavement, like tooling down to Tombstone on Hwy. 80 to trash around Big-Nose Kate's Saloon.

I really want a thumper, something with enough power to handle anything, yet light enough to sling around like so much hash in the dirt, lol. I'm targeting bikes in the 350-450cc range, but I also want something street legal so I can ride to work and tool around on days off... I could add lights to the Husky, or to a bad-@$$ YZ 450F, but I kinda want something ready to roll on pavement, no trouble with Johnny Law that way, AYE??? Anyway, it has been fun shopping around for a bike, I'm looking forward to riding out to the Stronghold this spring, hopefully with a climbing partner on another bike or in a Jeep or "lifted disco truck" or whatever. There's a HUGE adult playground out there in the Dragoons, and I intend to use it, lol. Back to my beer... [QUOTE="Coastal Redneck, post: 185367, member: 11287"] Resurrection time for this thread, gotta show a gal my old FrankenBike, lol... been talking to my bank (USAA) about a cycle loan, should know by Monday if the loan is approved. Found a sweet Husqvarna FC 450 for $10K, it's a 2019 bike but never sold, 10-4?
