With E10 a vehicle doesn't get near the mileage as it does on E-free gas. I'm not sure the cost difference makes up for it. I just filled up my little truck this morning and all around I get about 21mpg. Next fill up I will use the E-free gas and check the difference. Also, I heard just a bit of a report (ABC radio, I think) that E-20 and E-30 gas is coming soon. Not %100 sure...maybe someone else can elaborate on it. BTW I paid 4.29 The Chevron near me is 4.39
I live 30min East of Tulsa. 3 days ago I paid 4.20 a gallon for 87pure. I think the ethanol was 3.65. Just heard on the radio this morning that we have the lowest prices in the nation right now. Of course Tulsa has a few refineries and untold amounts of oil wells.
