Any contact with EngineDoctor? He still has my engine...

Anyone had contact will Gill since 2021? I saw someone else was looking for Gill as well with a similar issue, but could not find the post (may have been on FB). As seen in THIS thread, Gill was rebuilding my H engine. Along with my H engine, he has about $600 in new parts (bigbore kit, etc.)...

    CM91A Muffler

A long shot, but does anyone have a non-rusted-out CM91A muffler (18300-046-000 or 18300-046-010) sitting around? Or at least pieces that could weld together and rechrome?

HM Spark Plug Cap on CT70's

From what I have seen, NGK was the king of spark plug caps ("noise suppressors"), and most bikes have NGK or unmarked caps from the factory, but I have run across two HM winged caps. Was there a particular year/model that Honda released with the HM caps? Or would they of been all dealer add-ons?

    1978 CT70 Helmet

Haven't seen this posted here, but TORC has a helmet named '1978'... I wonder where they derived their inspiration for the design and name.... https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B018AYSW4S/

    CT70 Bullet Connectors

Are the bullet connectors on a factory CT70 wire harness 3.5mm or 3.9mm? I'm assuming 3.5 like most of the other Honda's, but wanted to be sure. Also I recall them being brass and not tin plated brass, is that correct? I don't have access to my bikes right now but am purchasing from a supplier...

    1966 Honda CM91 Restoration Project

Hey FastestGrass, I've done a bit of investigation over the years and came up with the same conclusions: the CM91A is different from the CM91 released elsewhere - No winkers/switch, no 90 label on the side covers, shorter rear fender, silver head, and possibly no leg shield (though I haven't...

    Proper Turn Signal Stay 77-79'

Bingo! It hadn't dawned one me to see if they still had the splines. Splines are not present and the tube has been notched to allow the tightening bolt to pass through - so it has been cut.

    Proper Turn Signal Stay 77-79'

Thanks. The mounts are the same, they both bolt up, hence my confusion. The short one came off of an original '77 I parted out and the long one I sourced from a supposed '78.

    Proper Turn Signal Stay 77-79'

So I have two rear turn signal stays, both are black, both fit my 78', but they are two different lengths. o_O I'm not sure what the proper length should be; anyone have measurements handy? Also what did the other stay come off of? My first thought was an ST90, however, the rear stay on an ST90...

    ISO PB36/37 (CT70 78-81) Carb for Parts

So late last night I remembered that one of the bikes I picked up years ago had a PZ19 carb on it. I took it apart and it is almost a direct fit for the PB36. The PZ19 choke spindle was 3 to 4mm shorter then the Keihin, which concerns me for long term use, but still worked. The choke plate was a...
