CT70 Brake light comes on when bike is off and lever pressed.

Hey guys, been some time!

So the brake light works as intended when the bike is running, but when I turn it off, remove the key, and press either rear brake lever, the light comes on! This isn't supposed to happen, right?

Correct...

Battery power is supposed to be cut when the keyswitch is in the "off" position. Either yours isn't doing this or, something is mis-wired.

Thanks, I'm gonna check behind the ignition switch over the weekend, it's just weird cause everything else seems to be working properly, electrically that is.

Just wanted to give an update, I tracked the wiring issue down, and realised that in the harness I installed, there isn't any Red White. Instead there are 2 reds. One going to the Rectifier, and the other splitting and going to the brake switch and blinker relay. I switched the reds and voila, no more power to the brake light when the key's out.
