That tail light adds some visual heft, right where it's needed. The fender does the rest. Without those items, the rearmost underseat seat area isn't exactly the most flattering angle for these bikes. What you've got here looks good...fits your theme quite well, imho.

Not trying to dictate design, so take what follows for whatever you feel it's worth, even if that means dismissing it as irrelevant. That hole near the bottom of the rear fender is an ideal fastening point for a minimal license plate bracket. That'll also cover up the scuffed chrome. If you position the plate completely above the fender lip, the lines of the bike will remain nearly as they are. If you choose to have any part of it lower than the fender lip, you'll get some added "racing stripe prevention" especially if you ride in the muddy stuff. Either way will make that LH buddy peg more passenger friendly.

Looking good(y)

It used to be better, take it from an old school local born on the beach in Coronado... now it's so overcrowded it's no fun anymore, traffic is insane and just getting anywhere is a major ordeal. I'll keep my memories of how it was in the old days, parts of Arizona are still like that with a slower pace of life. People here are friendly to one another too, not jacked up, stressed out & hostile like they are back in the big city. Sure, I miss the beach and the ocean, but not enough to go back there and live, though I probably could if I lived aboard a boat... it's just not worth it. That's the sad reality, I'm just glad I got to enjoy it back when times were different. Gotta run, I'm BBQing thick-@$$ steaks today with friends, LOL... I'll be sure to drink a beer for y'all this afternoon, CHEERS!!!

I know I like it. From here, almost looks like pinstripping on the rims. Cool lookin' bike. If it were mine, I think the only thing I would change are the decals and sidebadges to an HK0. I would also roadtrip the crap out of it.lol
