Piston Install

I give up put in a new piston and rings and a new cylinder cleaned up the original head poured brake cleaner on the valves and held it there with no leaking that i could see. Timed it on the T and lined the the sprocket to the mark on the case. I get great spark when i started it had like 40 pounds in the cylinder now it has 90 it should have a lot more and i don't know why it doesn't, try kicking to start and doesn't do anything like theres no coil hooked up but it has great spark. I sprayed the cylinder with starting fluid just to hear something and nothing happens can't figure this thing out

Check/recheck the timing marks. One tooth off and its screwed. Btw, 1/2 a tooth off is not good, but not uncommon

The timing mark was off but like a tooth moved it back to correct position and it started but isn't running good. This is the first time i ever heard this bike run and i adjusted the valves and did a compression test and now i get 120psi in the cylinder. When i got it someone had put a aftermarket intake and carb on it so I'm thinking should i go back to the smaller stock one because the piston is stock, What would the adjustment be for the carb ho many turns out is the idle like 2 and the mixer 1 i can't get that right either. Anyone selling a stock intake manifold? Thanks for all the help everyone at least it started.

Just an FYI, if the intake manifold carb mounting holes on the carb you have are wider than 35mm center-to-center, a stock manifold won't work; you'll also need a stock carb, at the very least.

Heres some pictures

That's an aftermarket carb and manifold, and probably way too big for the stock 50cc displacement. It looks to be a PZ19 at the least, might even be as big as a PZ22.
