K0 out of a pile

Any update on your problem Chris? I don't think that sounds right. I will check mine when I can
No haven’t torn it apart yet, adjusted valves on my 72 an it spins free both ways, but I noticed when it’s off an in neutral it doesn’t always want to roll backward. I am wondering if it is something to do with the clutch?

When I did mine, I remember at the end there is a pin with a spring to put in the center and the spring as to go face down, don't think that would stop it turning both ways, but it would be worth checking

I am not sure, the clutch has never been apart other than removing to split case. I had to replace a part from transmission though so it was completely disassembled. After seeing that my 72 also seems to lock up while rolling backward in neutral (transmission has never been touched) I am believing it might be some sort of safety or something.

Carburetor is done, went a little to hard with the chemicals (n) so I ended up having to polish it, might order some carb renew eventually. Hopefully case covers will be done soon.

Got Time-Serts in bottom of case an engine back together. Also got mysterious transmission sticking problem fixed, the primary gear was hung up on clutch. works great now I must have hyper focused an never noticed clutch was compressed lol. Started assembling forks an wheels going to see if I can clean fork tubes out better today they don’t seem to be sliding very evenly or smoothly.

Does any know of there is a superseded part number for the headlamp assembly or one that fits? 33100-089-671 is what I have been searching for but there are quite a few similar looking lights.

I got my headlight assembly apart an it cleaned up pretty good but the glass is missing, anyone have a one they would want to part out or know if similar ones like off a ct90 or something would fit if I were to pull glass out? I took the aftermarket one off my K1 an glass seems like it would be a close fit but looks like it is cast in or something.
