T T Timbo Jan 30, 2024 Rebuilding a CT70K1. Got it running with new battery, I had purchased some new bulbs and they were working. I started the bike and noticed headlight is fluctuating with the RPM of the engine. Is this right? After, I had a new Chinese bulb burnt out.
