Just came back from a ride....had the bike in trail gear.....and everything was fine...just happens in street gear which tells me the issue lies with the Posi-Torque system.....will look into at a later date. Thanks for the above replies

Good morning, have a little issue with first gear on my 1968 Honda CT90. After I put it in gear and give it some throttle, it gets up to about 5MPH and then jumps as though it did not get totally into first gear initially. Second gear through fourth all work as they should. I have no idea what...

Sorry for the late reply, my issue was that the front tire was rubbing the inside of the fork when I would turn the wheel while pushing the bike around the garage.......today while doing the final once over......I torqued the front axle bolts to the proper torque specs and the issue was...

Just completed installing a new wiring harness on my 1968 Honda CT90 K0. Everything works fine EXCEPT when I turn on the lights, the head light works as it should, but the taillight goes into stop light mode with both elements lit. When the lights are off the brake light works as it should...

Yes, I believe I assembled the front wheel properly.....all of the spacers are where they should be. I am just wondering if the suspensions arms are on the opposite sides would this cause the out of center front wheel issue?

Is there a way to tell the difference between the left and right front suspensions arms on a 1968 CT90 K0? The arms are not marked in any way that I can see. The front wheel is not centered between the "forks". Thanks in advance for your help Stu Stoner Central PA

Anyone know where I can get a Honda CT90 Cushion Shock Absorber Upper Case? This is the plastic cover over the top of the rear shock absorber. I know they are available on a site in Singapore, but would rather purchase them here in the states. TIA for any input.

I believe the switch is the proper one as the Honda key and lock codes match what they should be for this bike..... again, I'll respond later.
