Thanks Guys
I am so happy to own it .I am a huge Honda fan and have a real passion for the smaller early bikes.
My first was a1966 red s90 that I put many many miles on .I eventually put a large sprocket on the back along with a knobby tire and went hill climbing lol. I bought this one for $900 Canadian which is a very good price.Runs great but wow is that auto clutch hard to get used to.Wish it was a manual. Later Blake

I’ve seen cracks repaired by heat welding with something like a solder iron. Also seen them insert metal wire to reinforce across the cracks. A that use the same material that they use to repair today’s plastic car bumpers if needed

Wow, you're a bucky lugger to be sure ~ this is the general export model, the U.S.A. ones (even those few with electric start) didn't get the winkers .

The AutoClutch is dead simple and almost always mis assembled as you need to remove the clutch cover to service the centrifugal oil filter .

Also , the inside of the clutch basket collects debris and needs cleaning every few years to allow the clutch plates free movement .

I envy you ! .

I have three old battered CM90's .

IIRC your 'Y' means general export model with winkers .

There was a popular conversion of these to fold in the middle of the down tube so pilots could more easily stow them in Piper Cubs, Bonanzas and so on .

A friend of mine used to collect them .
