1991 fork tube diameter

I was curious if anyone knew what the upper fork tube diameter of a 1991 ct70 is. My headlight bracket is bent to hell so I have decided to go with these cnc slide on ears made by trail buddy and ditch the crappy 91 floating bracket all together since they are basically impossible to find. Problem is after some internet searching I cant seem to find the diameter and I also cant find my calipers. They sell them in 26mm and 30mm. Has anyone ever used these? Good quality?

Just measured my '94 and '94. The upper fork tubes measured right at 25mm. I know you asked for a '91 but that's all I got:noidea:
