[QUOTE="Coastal Redneck, post: 156186, member: 11287"] Looking forward to Game 6 tonight, should be a great one with the Cubs going all out, LOL. Scored a big ol' beef roast to cook in the oven this afternoon, along with some carrots, onions & taters, WAHOO!!! Bagged some Beaver brand creamy horseradish sauce for the beef, though I'll make some brown gravy too... keep some of the horseradish sauce on the side for dippin' beef chunks, yeah? Primo salad first, then a big ol' plate of roast beef with trimmings smothered in gravy, "10-DASH-FO'???" Apart from a smoothie downed at first light, I even skipped breakfast and lunch today so I'd have a good appetite, LOL. Nothing like a kick@$$ roast beef dinner on a crisp fall evening, and I'll have plenty of beef left over for additional plates or sandwiches, WOOHOO!!! WTF, as long as I'm in transition (essentially homeless), I may as well live it up with Sage the Tyger... :41: Good news today on the home-buying front, a timely beneficiary deed filed several months ago will allow all involved to close escrow without any probate court bullsh!t dragging on for 6-12 months.
