Naa...it just needs a hydro dip...maybe a couple xtra coats of primer first (thicken up the areas where the metal is thin)...do it wonders.
Add a $250 125cc Lifan engine "upgrade", and ChaCHING!.. (heavy on the Ching.)
It will make for a great eBayby.

i saw someone on facebook, a little while ago, post a pics of a box truck of ct70. It was hard to tell, but most of them were probably in the shape of the 2 above.
