Cheap carb recommendations for my Lifan 125?

So after thinking about it for a minute and finally getting my bike on the road, instead of trying to re-jet the cheaper than dirt, $10 carb that came with my Lifan (PZ19), I'd like to get something larger for to help get the most out of the engine. I'd like to stay under $50, and hopefully get a carb that uses commonly available jets.

I was thinking this one, good reviews and lot of purchases, comes with an air filter, is this too large for the 125?

There is this one as well, It gets a little confusing because as I've been told. Some advertise as 26mm, but really that is the "outer diameter" of the manifold, so the internal diameter and carb outlet is actually 22mm. This one here comes with the manifold.

You don't want that one. You don't want one with the metal adjusting tube on top. By the time you buy it and dial it in trial and error with jets you will be close to spending as much as you would on a real vm 20.
Wait if money is tight and buy the real one. You will be glad you did.
