well, i had a hell of a barn find 2 weeks ago, and basically ended u with 1 running k1, 6 ecra frames, e xextra tanks, 10 spare motors, plus misc parts. Well, after ebay, and selling some other parts, this is what i have so far. I also parted out the runnign bike as well.
This is a 1970 k2 chassis with QA50 forks and bars. I chose this frame for the 4 speed manula engine due to the foot brake. Hope fully everything will come in this week and it should be running this week end. I am puttibg a 107cc 3 valve engine in it, should be fun.
now this one is my favorite. Its a 1969 k1. Both these bikes have been sandplasted and spray painted frames, sandblasted the forks, took them apark, repacked greases in them, repacked head bearingings, ect. On this bike i sandblasted the wheels, polished all the bolts, polished the brakes.
hope you guys like them. SO far i have invested no money besides the purchase price in them. THese bikes where combined of the best part, and i paid for the ned engine and other parts through selling left over parts.
