Clutch issues on cl90

Absent the above, I would dig into the clutch lifter and make sure it is correctly assembled.

Well, finally took the clutch back off today and put it in the arbor press to dissemble. Upon this nothing looked wrong until I reassembled and was compressing the springs they were not seating properly causing me to just be able to compress enough for clip but no travel after that. So after a lot of swearing, etc., me and a fellow co worker took it and kind of wrapped it of the table a few times to get the spring to settle. And voila! it finally allowed me to stack the disk and compress pass the clip allowing travel for the disk to separate. Awesome couldn't be any happier

Also put my clutch in a bowl of oil for last 12 hrs has been soaking as recommend. Figured wouldn't hurt and give me piece of mind. Sure will be great to have a working clutch again with brand new friction disk. Time to tear it up :)

So not sure why but still having problems :( getting really upset with this bike. I installed clutch aligned the thumb from clutch lever and yet have to have my clutch cable full backed out for it to disengage the clutch and even then its not fully disengaging the clutch when pull in lever? I had reroute the cable to way its suppose to be and made it worse. Not sure what to do at moment.
