CT70 K3 Front Forks

Restoring a CT70 K3 and both front forks are missing drain port, gasket and drain screw. Are these OEM? CT70 K3 is shown to have Type III front forks. Type III front forks are shown to have a drain port with gasket and drain screw.

Any ideas as to why they're missing?

I do not see the drain bolt in the 6 o clock position. They are not oem Honda. I do see incorrect homemade fork ears. I know someone who has the correct original re chromed parts, fork ears and oem fenders you need, but it will not be cheap. Chroming parts is expensive.

Thanks for responding and i appreciate the information. I suspected the cases were homemade. The guy i bought it from owned a bike shop and i'd bet he had the tooling to fabricate.
