ct90 drop in ct70 frame?

Hi you guys. New CT70 owner here. Mostly into Brit bikes, but always been curious about a CT70, with the fold down bars.
Somebody just gave me one, in pretty sad shape. Need all the usual stuff. Saddle, headlight shell etc, but see a ton of it on e-bay, which is great. I also see a bunch of engine swaps like Lexan, but wanted to know if a CT90 (town and country) was a straight drop in swap. Any info on this?
I belong to several boards, but this one looks like it fairly awash with good info.
Thanks
Mike

As Dan has pointed out, the CT90/110 motors have different mounts. The swap can be done, but requires permanent mods to both the engine & frame. The upper mount is wider, so you'd have to either cut down the mounting boss on the engine, frame or both. The lower mount lines-up with the brake arm pivot. Lastly, you'd need to work out L-to-R spacing to get the correct chain alignment. These motors are beefier, internally, than their CT70 counterparts, but they are also boat anchors with no parts support beyond OEM stock pieces.

You'd be miles ahead of the game by simply rebuilding your existing engine and including an 88cc kit as part of the project.
