Do a view other items by seller and he has a full deal with the rear shocks included too.
Note that the upper tubes on these are a tad bit larger than the stock honda CT tube, so you do have to bore out the lower triple about a millimeter, or purchase one of the aftermarket lower triples. If you do not have easy access to the right tools and some patience, that is a better way to go.
As far as it bolting up to the XR, I think you will need to figure out how to mount the disk on the XR wheel, or change over the entire front end to the CT front wheel. CT's and XR's are quite a bit different in the wheel area. An XR with fat tires would be kinda neat......
You also might want to look at this front end he has probably would solve more issues with less hassle:
