Does anyone collect vintage helmets or other Minibike collectibles?

I collect vintage helmets to hang on mini bikes. The candy colors of the Honda go really good with old helmets from the 60's and 70's.

Also have some dealer promo items from Honda.

Don't have it anymore but I saved my lunch money and bought a Buco gold metalflake helmet, it was gorgeous until I dropped it and the finish started coming off. Covered up the chip with a small STP sticker.
This was 1968-1969ish

A friend had a brother that flew a F4 in Nam, the friend had a fighter pilot helmet his brother had given him. Flip down shades and all. The envy of all the "bikers" in Jr. High.

Why did you have to start this thread ? I thought i was about done,now i'm going to be on another mission finding old metalflake helmets to match my bikes.These projects just never end !:confused:

what would a typical vintage helmet run? Charlotte, NC has a once a month "massive" flea market and could look sometime.
