ok guys cleaned the head completely polished you name it.the valves are seated ok but the problem is i need to restore compression to the engine at least to 120psi, valves timed perfectly and the valves spaced/gap/... in the pic i put 2 of my fingers on the bolts that cant come out and trust me its rock solid wont budge and i cant get the cam or anything out without it off. got spark but i have to have those things done. oh and the piston looks really crappy and cylinder head needs to be honed and polished.so lots of work.i need your opinions so this will work out..well i actually crave your opinions cause it makes me do a better job and gives me better knowledge.BTW does anyone know what the spacing is for the valves? anyways thanks allot, mike.

Get yourself a drill bit the same size as the actual screw or next size larger and drill off the head of the screw.Take off the cam cover and most likely the rest of the screw will come right out.The screw head seems to bind to the part you want to remove.

well the cylinder is rusty and oily but not scratched the piston top looks like crap as you can see.but have not removed the cylinder headwill do and give pics hey is it bad if the cylinder walls are rusted if so how will i take that off without scratching the wall? usually the engines i work on are a little cleaner lol.
